What was previously done via appointment through the website began to be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. In less than 24 hours, the first article on the subject was published in one of the country's largest newspapers, Folha de S. Paulo, featuring a statement from Diana Quintas, a partner at Fragomen. Quintas was then able to demonstrate Fragomen's authority on the subject, analyzing at the time why the demand for Chinese visas was increasing and if there was an expectation of improvement for the near future.

The publication by Folha was echoed in various regional outlets, and Fragomen was once again sought out to speak on the subject in other widely circulated media, such as CBN, SBT, and REDETV, which published an interview with the spokesperson, and GloboNews, which used data from the company. 

Three days after Ovo Ideias began addressing the issue, the Consulate of China in São Paulo released a statement informing that it would resume online scheduling for appointments.

The dissemination of the article in Folha de S. Paulo, just 24 hours after the opportunity was identified, demonstrated not only the agility of Ovo Ideias but also the relevance of Fragomen as an authority in the sector.

The interest from various regional and widely circulated media, such as CBN, SBT, and REDE TV,  also reinforced Fragomen's position as a specialized reference in immigration issues.

The positive outcome also met the needs of visa applicants and highlighted Fragomen's capability and the effectiveness of the strategic partnership with Ovo Ideias in turning a crisis into an opportunity.
